本研究基于中国传统文化中辩证思维的思想和理论以及相关研究,综合访谈和问卷调查的研究方法,提出了辩证领导行为的概念并探讨了企业高管的辩证领导行为对企业的影响。研究发现,企业高管的辩证领导行为包含7个维度:预判趋势、适时调整、因材施教、权衡矛盾、恩威并施、推进协调以及全局管理。我们进一步提出了高管的辩证领导行为对企业业绩的影响及其机制。最后讨论了本研究的理论和实践意义,以及未来的研究方向。
Based on the thoughts and theories of dialectical thinking in Chinese traditional culture and the research methods of related research, comprehensive interviews and questionnaires, this study proposes the concept of dialectical leadership behavior and explores the impact of senior executives’ dialectical leadership on the enterprise. The study found that the executive leadership of enterprises contains seven dimensions of dialectical leadership: predicting the trend, adjusting timely, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, weighing contradictions, encouraging and coordinating, promoting coordination and overall management. We further put forward the impact of senior executives’ dialectical leadership behavior on business performance and its mechanism. Finally, the theoretical and practical significance of this study and the future research directions are discussed.
