目的分析早期乳腺癌保留乳房手术的临床结果。方法抽选2012年2月～2015年3月接收早期乳腺癌患者100例,按先后顺序分成两组（实验组、对照组）,对照组患者行临床保留胸大肌疗法,实验组患者行临床保留乳房手术疗法,比对手术结果。结果实验组患者临床术后生活质量和对照组相比,差异性鲜明（P〈0.05）。结论临床针对早期乳腺癌患者行保留乳房手术疗法效果明显,可提高患者乳房美观度,改善生活现状,值得使用。
