建立了高效液相色谱法测定小儿贝诺酯维B1颗粒中的贝诺酯和维生素B1,及有关物质对乙酰氨基酚、阿司匹林和水杨酸。采用Kromasil ODS-1柱,以甲醇∶0.2 mol/L乙酸/乙酸钠缓冲液(pH 4.8)为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长245 nm。贝诺酯和维生素B1分别在0.2~2.0 mg/ml和10~100?g/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.2%和99.6%,RSD为0.62%和1.27%。对乙酰氨基酚、阿司匹林和水杨酸的最低检测限分别为0.026、0.048和0.048?g/ml。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of Benopentenol and Vitamin B1 in children Benobuterol B1 granules, and the related substances paracetamol, aspirin and salicylic acid. Kromasil ODS-1 column was used with a mobile phase of methanol: 0.2 mol / L acetic acid / sodium acetate buffer (pH 4.8) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 245 nm. The linear relationship was found between Benzoate and Vitamin B1 in the concentration range of 0.2-2.0 mg / ml and 10-100 mg / ml respectively. The average recoveries were 100.2% and 99.6% with RSDs of 0.62% and 1.27%, respectively. The minimum detectable limits of acetaminophen, aspirin, and salicylate were 0.026, 0.048 and 0.048 μg / ml, respectively.
