1 临床资料 患者男性,36岁,作训股长(领航长),飞行时间1100h。平素体健,无头痛病史。1996年12月疗养期间因额部胀痛,诊断额窦炎。结论:飞行暂时不合格。1997年9月送院检查结论,耳鼻喉科检查正常,副鼻窦X线示正常,腰椎X线无异常,头部CT显示副鼻窦正常,脑枕部蛛网膜囊肿(3.0cm×4.0cm),血、尿、粪常规正常。出院诊断:枕部蛛网膜囊肿,结论:飞行暂不合格。先后住院5次127d。后经空军总医院MRI检查示枕大池囊肿,地面观察984d无明
