采用新型谐振技术,成功地研制出激励高功率激光器的零电流开关谐振式开关电源,其工作频率为50kHz,功率转换效率为82%以上,输出电流为0~80mA连续可调,放电电流波动小于±1mA。实现了功率管的低损耗工作,无需镇流电阻实现稳定放电,使起辉电流及电流的稳定度与放电管气体浓度和气压等无关。
The novel resonant technology has successfully developed a zero-current switching resonant switching power supply that excites high-power lasers. The operating frequency is 50 kHz, the power conversion efficiency is over 82%, the output current is continuously adjustable from 0 to 80 mA, and the discharge current fluctuation is less than ± 1mA. It realizes the low-loss work of the power tube, and does not need the ballast resistance to achieve the stable discharge. The stability of the flash current and the current is independent of the discharge gas concentration and the air pressure.
