通过熔融共聚法制备了七苯基倍半硅氧烷三硅醇(POSS-triol)/双马来酰亚胺(BMI)/二烯丙基双酚A(BA)纳米复合材料。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、动态力学分析(DMA)及热重分析(TGA)对BMI复合材料的结构形态与热性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,POSS-triol粒子能均匀分散于树脂体系,POSS-triol的加入能明显地提高BMI复合材料的热性能,与纯BMI/BA树脂体系相比,含10%POSS-triol复合材料的玻璃化转变温度提高约12℃。随着POSS-triol的加入,复合材料的热分解温度也有了较大的提高。
POSS-triol / bismaleimide (BMI) / diallyl bisphenol A (BA) nanocomposites were prepared by melt copolymerization. The structure and thermal properties of BMI composites were investigated by SEM, TEM, DMA and TGA. The experimental results show that the POSS-triol particles can be uniformly dispersed in the resin system. The addition of POSS-triol can significantly improve the thermal properties of BMI composites. Compared with the pure BMI / BA resin system, the POSS-triol composites The glass transition temperature is increased by about 12 ° C. With the addition of POSS-triol, the thermal decomposition temperature of composites has also been greatly increased.
