Objective To investigate the effect of mild hypothermia on the treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods One hundred and seventy patients with severe craniocerebral injury were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, 85 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given conventional minimally invasive hematoma removal. Patients in observation group were treated with mild hypothermia on this basis, Simultaneous intracranial pressure monitoring. The treatment effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The NIHSS scores and intracranial pressure were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment (all P <0.05). Conclusion Mild hypothermia combined with minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury can effectively exert cerebral neuroprotective effect and improve the curative effect.
