随着基因工程技术的不断发展,现代医疗诊断技术也取得了突飞猛进的进展。但这项技术在长期的应用中,也暴露出来了一些问题,比如提供假性结果,影响了临床疾病的诊断。分析其原因,除了技术本身的原因外,更多的是实施该技术的实验室的配置及管理存在一些问题,导致最后结果出现偏差。我们按照国家卫生部的相关要求,对临床基因实验室进行了设置,包括区分工作区域、防止不同区域的物品随意使用等等。同时进行了严格的管理,比如建立质量管理体系、对人员培训等等。经过实践验证,对临床基因实验室进行合理的设置以及进行严格有序的管理,对保证临床基因诊断结果的准确性具有非常重要的意义。
