本文研究了五个肾性,二个内分泌性和一个盐型实验性高血压大鼠的模型。阐述了这些模型的复制技术和形成特性,尤其是各个模型的形成率和血压曲线的特征。对其中七个模型测定了血浆肾(?)活性的变化。这一资料对高血压病生和药理工作者可能提供有益的参考。
This article studied five models of renal, two endocrine and one saline experimental hypertensive rats. The replication techniques and formation characteristics of these models are elaborated, and in particular the rate of formation of each model and the characteristics of the blood pressure curve. Seven of these models measured changes in plasma renal (?) Activity. This information for hypertensive patients and pharmacologists may provide a useful reference.
