[目的]探讨上海市松江区大肠癌因症就诊早发现工作的效果。[方法]上海市松江区2005年开始推广卢湾区社区大肠癌早发现的工作经验,对因出现肛肠疾病来松江区一、二级医院就诊的病人及时作直肠指检、大便隐血试验、肠镜、X线气钡双重对比造影。[结果]在出现肛肠症状的7425例门诊病人中,确诊大肠癌330例,大肠癌检出率为4.44%。开展大肠癌因症就诊早发现工作后,大肠癌Dukes’A期患者比例15.98%,高于未开展前的8.19%。[结论]进一步完善大肠癌的早发现网络建设,对有肛肠症状的患者进行必要的辅助检查,并进行专册登记,可以提高大肠癌的早期检出率。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of early detection of colorectal cancer due to illness in Songjiang District of Shanghai. [Methods] Songjiang District in Shanghai started to promote the early detection of colorectal cancer in community in Luwan District in 2005. In order to find out the patients with primary and secondary hospitals in Songjiang District due to anorectal disease in time for rectal examination, fecal occult blood test, colonoscopy , X-ray double contrast barium contrast. [Results] Out of 7425 outpatients with anorectal symptoms, 330 cases of colorectal cancer were diagnosed, and the detection rate of colorectal cancer was 4.44%. After discovering the cause of colorectal cancer early treatment, the proportion of patients with Dukes’A colorectal cancer was 15.98%, higher than 8.19% before the undeveloped. [Conclusion] To further improve the early detection of colorectal cancer network construction, patients with anorectal symptoms necessary for the auxiliary examination, and registration of special books, can improve the early detection rate of colorectal cancer.
