2.培养积极的思维习惯我曾是个典型的习惯消极思维的人。我的遗传和家庭环境带给我过多消极的影响,母亲孕育我和分娩是战乱中,我生长的社会环境也倍受压抑,形成了我看待一切事物的观念是消极的,悲观的,灰暗的。在极左路线猖獗的年代,由于家庭出身的问题,身上被烙上政治不可靠的印记,沦为社会的劣等公民,遭遇很多不公正待遇,被个别老师和同学歧视,久而久之,长此以往,我对与自己相关的所有事物秉持消极看法和态度,过分自尊,缺乏自信,甚至自贬自抑,自我轻视。这导致我日后在事业和婚姻上的消极观念和退缩行为,造成人生的诸多挫折和损失。
