以海泡石为载体、 Ni为活性组分 ,用浸渍法制备了一系列含不同助剂的 Ni基海泡石催化剂 .以 CO2 甲烷化及苯加氢为探针反应 ,研究了催化剂的活性及抗硫性能 ,用 H2 - TPD、 XPS、活性表面积及活化能的测定等手段 ,对催化剂进行了表征 ,并从热力学上探讨了 CO2 甲烷化的适宜温度 .实验结果表明 ,海泡石或助剂的加入 ,能使镍晶粒变小 ,增加活性镍的表面积以及使镍原子的电子云密度升高 ,从而提高了催化剂的活性和使用寿命
Using sepiolite as carrier and Ni as active component, a series of Ni-based sepiolite catalysts with different additives were prepared by impregnation method.The activity of catalyst was studied by CO2 methanation and benzene hydrogenation as probe reaction And sulfur resistance, the catalysts were characterized by means of H2 - TPD, XPS, active surface area and activation energy, and the suitable temperature of CO2 methanation was discussed thermodynamically.The experimental results show that sepiolite or The addition of the agent can make the nickel crystal smaller, increase the surface area of the active nickel and increase the electron cloud density of the nickel atom, so as to improve the activity and the service life of the catalyst
