以222家先进制造业企业作为对象,对企业家精神与企业绩效间的关系做了实证分析。结果表明:先进制造业企业家精神对企业绩效没有直接影响,组织学习是发挥企业家精神、提升企业绩效的中介变量。研究结果对于丰富和完善企业家精神、组织学习和企业绩效理论,指导先进制造业企业实践都具有重要的理论和现实意义。
Based on 222 advanced manufacturing enterprises, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the relationship between entrepreneurial spirit and firm performance. The results show that: the entrepreneurial spirit of advanced manufacturing has no direct impact on business performance, and organizational learning is an intermediary variable that plays an entrepreneurial spirit and enhances business performance. The research results have important theoretical and practical significance for enriching and perfecting entrepreneurial spirit, organizing learning and enterprise performance theory and guiding the practice of advanced manufacturing enterprises.
