年长育龄妇女以血FSH上升为其内分泌特点,此时月经周期和排卵功能仍可正常,卵泡期可缩短2~7天,早卵泡期血雌二醇(E_2)及尿E_2代谢产物较育龄期妇女高。有假设该现象是卵巢抑制素(INH)分泌减少,激活素A(activin A,ACT_A)分泌增加所至。为验证此假设,选择5例年长育龄妇女,年龄43~47岁,月经周期规律(≥21天),黄体中期孕酮(P)>6ng/ml,无过度运动或体重过度减轻史,血PRL、TSH正常。另选5例育龄妇女(19~38岁)作正常对照,月经周期25~35天,余条件同年长组。抽取月经周期各天早10点前血,测定E_2、P、FSH、
