目的探索盐城市肺结核登记的季节性特征,为盐城市结核病防制工作提供依据。方法从结核病管理信息系统导出盐城市2005—2013年登记的肺结核患者数据,采用SPSS 18.0软件进行季节性分析;根据分析结果,对盐城市2005—2013年肺结核登记时间分上、下半年采用改良圆形分布法分析。结果盐城市肺结核1—12月的季节指数分别为79.21%、86.22%、130.70%、116.93%、107.34%、98.31%、96.82%、102.30%、105.51%、89.81%、97.61%和89.32%。3—5月及8—9月为肺结核登记旺季。经圆形分布雷氏z值检验,上、下半年高峰日分别为4月8日和9月11日,高峰期分别为4月6—11日和9月1—20日。2005—2013年,上半年有8年的平均角峰值有统计学意义(P<0.01),高峰日和高峰期均在3—4月;下半年有7年的平均角峰值有统计学意义(P<0.01),高峰日和高峰期相对较上半年的变动大。结论采用改良圆形分布法分析盐城市肺结核登记的季节性规律,具有较好的实用性,可有效指导结核病防制工作。
Objective To explore the seasonal characteristics of tuberculosis registration in Yancheng City and provide the basis for tuberculosis prevention and control work in Yancheng City. Methods Data of tuberculosis patients enrolled in Yancheng City from 2005 to 2013 were derived from TB management information system and analyzed by SPSS 18.0 software. According to the analysis results, the registration time of pulmonary tuberculosis in Yancheng City during 2005-2013 was divided into two periods: modified circle Shape distribution analysis. Results The seasonal indices of January to December in Yancheng City were 79.21%, 86.22%, 130.70%, 116.93%, 107.34%, 98.31%, 96.82%, 102.30%, 105.51%, 89.81%, 97.61% and 89.32%, respectively. March-May and August-September registered peak season for tuberculosis. According to the round robin z test, the peak days in the second and second half of the year were April 8 and September 11, respectively. The peak periods were April 6-11 and September 1-20, respectively. From 2005 to 2013, the average peak value of eight years in the first half of the year was statistically significant (P <0.01), peak days and peak periods were all in March and April, and the average peak peak in seven years in the second half of the year was statistically significant P <0.01), the peak day and peak relative to the first half of the larger changes. Conclusion The improved circular distribution method to analyze seasonal patterns of tuberculosis registration in Yancheng City is of good practicability and can effectively guide tuberculosis prevention and control work.
