利用WAXD对聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)与高聚物Surlyn和Aclyn系列组成的共混体系的结晶行为进行了研究。结果表明,离聚物先于PET结晶,两者分别以各自的晶型出现,没有形成混晶、结晶时两相间有相互干扰;在所研究的范围内,PET/离聚物Na盐井混体系结晶度与纯PET的基本相同,PET/离聚物Zn盐井混体系的结晶度大于纯PET的结晶度,且离聚物含量的变化对其共混体系的结晶度的影响不明显。
The crystallization behavior of blends composed of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and polymer Surlyn and Aclyn series was studied by WAXD. The results showed that the ionomer prior to the crystallization of PET, the two were in their respective crystal form, did not form mixed crystals, crystallization of the two phases have mutual interference; within the scope of the study, PET / ionomer Na salt well mixed system The crystallinity of PET / ionomer Zn salt well mixed system is more than that of pure PET, and the change of ionomer content has no obvious effect on the crystallinity of the blend system.
