随着我国对外国际交流的不断深入,各种各样内容的国际会议不断增多,对推动我国对外交流和发展起到了重要作用。但与此同时,也存在着会议过多、时间间隔过短,组织不规范等诸多方面问题。为了规范会议财务管理,根据财政部《在华举办国际会议费用开支标准和财务管理办法》,将在华举办国际会议费用开支标准用模板的形式反映出来,并加以管理落实,有利于直观地反映会议收支全貌,清晰地统筹规划费用开支,严格监督控制会议规模,大大提高了会议管理和会计审核的工作效率。
