本文用凝胶色谱法,离子交换色谱法研究了静置三月后的糖还原铬铝鞣液的组份以及醋酸钠作掩蔽剂对它们的影响。凝胶色谱法分离出五个组份。各组份中铬的分布比较均匀、但以分子大小为中等的组份中含量较多。铝则集中于分子大小为中等的组份中。含有醋酸钠的同样鞣液分离出三个组份。铬和铝都大部份存在于分子大小为中等的组份中。但大分子组分和小分子组分中的铬含量较铝多。醋酸钠有使组份简并,使络合物分子大小均匀比的作用。醋酸钠对铬络合物的影响较大。离子交换色谱法分离出七个组份。它们所带的电荷由负一价到正六价。高电荷数组份的分子较大可能是多核络合物。各组份中铬的分布比较均匀。铝则集中于电荷数为中等的组份中。加有醋酸钠的鞣液也分离出类似的七个组份。低电荷数组份中的铬量增多,中等电荷数的组份中铬量增加最多,离电荷数组份中的铬量明显减少。铝的分布也有类似的倾向,但变化不明显。与凝胶色谱法所得结果相似,醋酸钠有使络合物电荷数均匀化的作用。这种作用对铬络合物较明显。对铝络合物则不大。
In this paper, gel chromatography and ion exchange chromatography were used to study the components of the chromogenic-aluminum-tanning solution after 3 months of standing and sodium acetate as masking agent. Five components were separated by gel chromatography. Chromium distribution of each component is more uniform, but the molecular size of the medium content of more content. Aluminum is concentrated in components of medium molecular size. The same tanning liquid containing sodium acetate isolated three components. Mostly chromium and aluminum are present in the component of medium molecular size. However, the content of chromium in the macromolecular components and small molecule components is more than aluminum. Sodium acetate makes the components degenerate so that the complex molecules have a uniform molecular size. Sodium acetate has a greater impact on the chromium complex. Ion exchange chromatography isolated seven components. They carry the charge from negative to positive hexavalent. Larger charge-rich molecules may be polynuclear complexes. The distribution of chromium in each component is more uniform. Aluminum is concentrated in the charge of the medium component. A similar sodium acetate tanning solution also isolated a similar seven components. The amount of chromium in the low charge fraction increased, the amount of chromium in the medium charge fraction increased most, and the amount of chromium in the charge fraction decreased significantly. The distribution of aluminum has a similar tendency, but the change is not obvious. Similar to the results obtained by gel chromatography, sodium acetate has the effect of homogenizing the charge of the complex. This effect is more pronounced on chromium complexes. Aluminum complex is not large.
