着重于车间控制器的开放性提出了车间控制器平台的体系结构。车间控制器平台的核心是运控Petri网。该文给出了运控Petri网的定义。和一般的Petri网相比,运控Petri网主要增加了控制规则以及和外部信息进行交互的接口。实现外部接口的技术方案是车间控制器平台的关键技术,这些接口包括控制设备的虚拟制造设备(VMD)接口、数据库访问接口以及文件访问接口,通过这些外部接口为车间调度提供了全面的车间信息。
Focusing on the openness of the shop floor controller, the architecture of shop floor controller platform is proposed. The core of workshop controller platform is Petri net. This paper gives the definition of Petri net. Compared with the general Petri nets, Petri nets mainly increase the control rules and interface with external information. The technical solutions for implementing external interfaces are the key technologies of the shop floor controller platform. These interfaces include the Virtual Manufacturing Facility (VMD) interface for control devices, the database access interface, and the file access interface, which provide comprehensive shop floor information for shop scheduling .
