测定不同抗性大白菜品种在不同生育期叶柄中软腐细菌含量和过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶、蔗糖酶的活性。结果表明 ,从 2叶期到结球期 ,随生育期延长 ,感病品种细菌含量逐渐增高 ,抗病品种细菌含量保持不变 ;随生育期延长 ,抗病品种过氧化物酶活性逐渐升高 ,生育后期显著高于感病品种 ;不同抗性品种蔗糖酶活性均逐渐升高 ,但感病品种酶活性始终高于抗病品种 ;苗期抗病品种多酚氧化酶活性明显高于感病品种 ,生育后期多酚氧化酶活性均降低并且水平接近一致。客观地反应出在大白菜软腐病抗性机制中过氧化物酶起到抑制软腐细菌增殖作用 ,多酚氧化酶起到抑制侵染作用 ,蔗糖酶参与抗侵染、抗增殖作用

The activities of polyphenol oxidase of resistant cultivars at seedling stage were significantly higher than those of susceptible cultivars Variety, late polyphenol oxidase activity were reduced and the level of close to the same. Objectively, it was reported that peroxidase plays a role in inhibiting the proliferation of soft-rot bacteria in cabbage soft rot disease resistance mechanism, polyphenol oxidase plays an inhibitory role in infection, sucrase participates in anti-infection and anti-proliferative effects
