随着创新重要性的提高,统计学家应该充当驱动和促进组织创新的领导者。本文首先研究质量工程、统计工程与创新的关系、大数据与统计学家的关系,提出统计学家是企业创新的灵魂人物和充当创新领袖的最佳人选,进而给出统计学家充当创新领袖所应具备的知识素质和职业技术能力模型,最后给出统计学家在创新过程各个阶段的作用及统计学家标准化创新管理体系的案例,以指导统计学家来引领创新实践活动。本文基于创新主体——人力资源研究的视角,旨在呼吁统计学家尽快成长为创新统计学家,引领企业的创新标准化流程,实现企业的快速有效创新,以更好地提升我国的创新能力。
As innovation becomes more important, statisticians should act as leaders in driving and promoting organizational innovation. This paper first studies the relationship between quality engineering, statistics engineering and innovation, the relationship between big data and statisticians, and proposes that statisticians are the soul of corporate innovation and the best person to act as innovation leader, and then give statisticians as innovation leaders At the end of this chapter, we give the models of knowledge quality and vocational skills that should be provided. Finally, we give the statisticians’ roles in various stages of the innovation process and the case of statisticians to standardize the innovation management system so as to guide statisticians to lead innovative practice. Based on the innovation subject-human resource research perspective, this article aims to urge statisticians to grow as innovation statisticians as soon as possible, to lead the standardization process of innovation of enterprises, to realize the rapid and effective innovation of enterprises so as to better enhance the innovation capability of our country.
