目的研究龙须草Juncus setchuensis茎髓中的菲类化学成分。方法采用多种柱色谱方法分离纯化,通过理化性质及波谱分析技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果从龙须草茎髓的乙醇提取物中分离得到5个菲类化合物,分别鉴定为8-羟甲基-2-羟基-1-甲基-5-乙烯基-9,10-二氢菲(1)、4-ethenyl-9,10-dihydro-1,8-dimethyl-2,7-phenanthrenediol(2)、厄弗酚(3)、去氢厄弗酚(4)、4-ethenyl-9,10-dihydro-7-hydroxy-8-methyl-1-phenanthrenecarboxylic acid(5)。结论化合物1为未见文献报道的具有二氢菲类结构母核的新化合物,命名为龙须草醇A。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Philippine in the stem of Juncus setchuensis. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by a variety of column chromatography methods. The structures of compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Five phenanthrene compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Asclepias stalks and identified as 8-hydroxymethyl-2-hydroxy-1-methyl-5-vinyl-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene (4), 4-ethenyl-9 (1), 4-ethenyl-9,10-dihydro- 1,8- dimethyl-2,7-phenanthrenediol , 10-dihydro-7-hydroxy-8-methyl-1-phenanthrenecarboxylic acid (5). Conclusion Compound 1 is a novel compound with dihydropyridine structural parent nucleus, which has been reported in the literature.
