目的探究金边地鳖、中华真地鳖总生物碱的提取及其抗菌活性。方法通过乙醇提取法提取金边地鳖、中华真地鳖中的生物碱类物质,然后用3种典型的生物碱显色试剂进行定性鉴别。采用琼脂平板扩散法研究两种地鳖虫中各生物碱的抗菌活性。结果金边地鳖、中华真地鳖总生物碱的平均提取率分别为19.14%、8.30%,两种地鳖虫中各生物碱对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌及枯草芽孢杆菌均有抑制作用,且呈现明显的量效关系。结论金边地鳖抗菌活性成分高于中华真地鳖,金边地鳖、中华真地鳖生物碱类物质对供试菌有一定的抑菌活性。
Objective To explore the extraction and antibacterial activities of total alkaloids from Phyllosticta philipus and Gentiana sinensis. Methods Alkaloids from Phyllosticta sibirica and Gentiana sinensis were extracted by ethanol extraction and then identified by three typical alkaloids reagent. The antibacterial activities of alkaloids in two species of ground beetles were studied by agar plate diffusion method. Results The average extraction rates of total alkaloids from Phyllosticta sibirica and Gentiana scabra were 19.14% and 8.30%, respectively. The alkaloids in both species had inhibitory effects on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis, and showed obvious The dose-effect relationship. Conclusion The antibacterial activity of Phyllocryne sibiricus is higher than that of Acipenser sinensis, Phyllosticta spp. And Apocynaceae spp.
