自2010年以后,国家相继颁布了一系列推动学前教育事业发展的政策文件与行动方案,从《国家中长期教育改革与发展纲要》到《国务院关于发展学前教育的若干意见》。可以说,这一系列政策文件的出台为我国学前教育事业发展指明了方向,奠定了基础。但在具体如何实现这一系列政策目标上,教育界却存在诸多困惑。本文拟就这此开展初步研究,以期为解决这些问题提供一些方案。
Since 2010, the state has successively promulgated a series of policy documents and action plans to promote the development of pre-school education. From the Outline of National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development to the State Council’s Opinions on Developing Preschool Education. It can be said that the introduction of a series of policy documents has laid a foundation for the development of preschool education in our country. However, there are many puzzles in the education sector on how to achieve this series of policy goals. This article intends to conduct a preliminary study on this issue, with a view to providing some solutions to these problems.
