某发电厂1台300MW机组锅炉后屏过热器短期内发生2次爆管,均位于后屏过热器进汽侧垂直段距下弯头1m位置。分析认为锅炉水压试验后,由于结构原因和锅炉启动过程中热负荷不均匀,造成U型管内积水无法充分蒸发,引起水塞爆管。建议在锅炉点火初期,炉膛热负荷要尽量分布均匀,可采取微油枪,多投油燃烧器解决,投粉后要经常倒换煤粉燃烧器,让后屏过热器管束内的积水尽量同时蒸发掉,以防这些积水在个别管束内形成水塞。
