目的评价洛赛克对口腔颌面外科术后并发应激性溃疡出血的疗效。方法将66例颌面外科手术患者随机分为治疗组33例(在常规治疗基础上加用洛赛克)及对照组33例(在常规治疗基础上加用西咪替丁),疗程均为1周。结果治疗组并发应激性溃疡出血的发生率明显低于对照组。结论洛赛克疗效确切,可作为预防应激性溃疡出血的首选药物之一。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Losec in treating postoperative stress ulcer bleeding after oral and maxillofacial surgery. Methods Sixty-six patients undergoing maxillofacial surgery were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 33) and control group (n = 33). The courses of treatment were 1 week. Results The incidence of stress ulcer bleeding in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group. Conclusion Losec has definite curative effect and can be used as one of the first choice drugs for preventing bleeding from stress ulcer.
