农村水电与电气化事业走过了几十年的风雨历程,为地方、农村经济社会发展作出了重要贡献。进入新世纪以来,农村水电及电气化事业的发展环境发生了很大变化,必须深入研究新形势下的发展战略。
Rural hydropower and electrification have gone through decades of ups and downs and have made important contributions to the economic and social development of local and rural areas. Since entering the new century, great changes have taken place in the development environment of rural hydropower and electrification. We must study in depth the development strategy in the new situation.
