随着中国社会经济结构的转型,以及全球化竞争压力、新科技革命的冲击和知识经济越来越紧迫,企业“技工荒”、高技能人才短缺的矛盾越来越突出[1],职业技能评价与改善越来越具有战略决定意义,但企业界和学术界关于天车工基本技能培训和人员招聘甄选条件的研究还不多见。因此,本文以JT公司轧钢系统天车技能为研究对象,从实际出发,挖掘影响天车操作技能发挥的因素,有针对性地提出改善建议,使企业在人员分配、强化内训方面提供科学的支撑。一、影响天车操作因素分析
