目的分析卫生类五年制高职学生精神卫生状况,以探讨预防策略。方法采用现况研究方法,对江苏省淮阴卫生高等职业技术学校600名学生通过自填问卷方式进行调查,了解其精神卫生状况。结果不同性别学生在过去1年里对感觉孤独、感觉紧张担心害怕、感觉心情不好和没有兴趣等的回答上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在对生活压力的回答上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在过去1年打击比较大的事情上差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在过去1年试图自杀上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高职学生精神卫生状况不良比例处于较高水平,心理素质教育策略和措施亟待加强。
Objective To analyze the mental health status of five-year health students in higher vocational schools to explore preventive strategies. Methods Based on current research methods, 600 students in Huaiyin Health Vocational Technical School of Jiangsu Province were investigated by self-administered questionnaire to understand their mental health status. Results There was no significant difference in the responses of students of different genders in the past year when they were feeling lonely, feeling nervous and scared, feeling bad mood or having no interest (P> 0.05). There was a significant difference in the answers to the stress of life (P <0.05). There was significant difference in the one-year blow-up (P <0.01). There was a significant difference in trying to commit suicide in the past year (P <0.05). Conclusions The proportion of poor students in mental health in higher vocational colleges is at a high level, and the strategies and measures of psychological quality education urgently need to be strengthened.
