以20个牛角椒品种为初筛材料,40个牛角椒品种为复筛材料,从120对SSR引物中筛选出21对适合牛角椒品种鉴定的引物,21对引物共检测出62个等位基因变异,等位基因变异范围为2~7个,每个位点平均等位基因变异数为3个。138个牛角椒品种遗传聚类分析结果显示,21对引物能够将所有品种进行有效鉴别,品种间遗传相似性介于0.419~0.984之间,至少存在1个位点的差异,由该21对SSR引物形成的引物组合可用于牛角椒品种的鉴定。
Twenty hatchling cultivars were used as screening materials and 40 croaker plants as screening materials. 21 of 120 SSR primers were screened for the identification of cultivars, and 21 alleles were detected by 21 pairs of primers Variation, allelic variation ranged from 2 to 7, the average number of alleles per locus was 3. The genetic clustering analysis of 138 croaker cultivars showed that 21 pairs of primers could effectively identify all the cultivars. The genetic similarity among cultivars ranged from 0.419 to 0.984, with at least 1 locus difference. The 21 SSRs Primer-formed primer combinations can be used for identification of croaker varieties.
