目的探讨小组合作学习法在《妇产科护理学》实验教学中的应用。方法以西安医学院2012护理专业371名本科生作为研究对象,按学号分组,学号单号学生分入实验组(n=186),双号学生分入对照组(n=185)。对照组采取传统验证性实验;实验组则采取小组合作学习法进行授课。通过自行设计的实验教学效果调查问卷和理论、操作考试成绩,对两组学生教学效果进行比较和评价。结果两组学生问卷调查结果显示在提高学生的综合能力和教学效果等方面,其差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。实验组学生的理论、操作考试成绩明显优于对照组的学生,其差异具有统计学意义(<0.05);小组合作学习法优于传统教学法。结论小组合作学习法教学法有助于提高学生的综合能力,能够强化学生对理论知识的深层认识和提高操作水平。“,”Objective To probe using the group cooperative learning method in the experiment teachinthe of gynecology and obstetrics nursing.Methods 371 undergraduates students of grade 2012 from nursing major of Xi 'an Medical University were involed in this research. According to the number of students', they were divided into two groups,the students with singular number were included in the experimental group (n=186),the remain students, who were with pairage number became the control group (n=185). The traditional confirmative teaching method was used in the control group, while the group cooperative learning method was adopted in the experimental group. The Designed experiment teaching questionnaire were used in the students and the results of theorya s wel as operation examination results of students from both groups were compaired and evaluated. Results There is significant dif erence both in improving the students' comprehensive ability and teaching ef ect in the questionnaire between the students of two groups ( <0.05). The scores of theory examination and operation of students from experiment group are significantly highier than that of control group( <0.05).Conclusion Group cooperative learning method is superior to the traditional teaching method, which helps to improve the students' comprehensive abilities, to strengthen students' deep understanding of theoretical knowledge and to improve students' ability of operation.
