引言电镀技术是表面技术的重要组成部分,它利用电化学方法在金属产品或部件上覆盖一层或多层外观良好的防护性能或功能性的金属覆层。为了保证和提高电镀产品质量,关键是控制电镀层厚度及其均匀性。在不同的使用条件下,对镀层厚度的要求是十分严格的。若镀层太薄达不到技术指示则失去了所设计防护效果,镀层太厚不但浪费资源(特别是贵金属镀层),且会影响镀层质量和公差配合。在众多的厚度测量方法中,库仑测厚方法因其可测定镀种范围广,误差小精度高,使用简便,稳定可靠,特别是对多层电镀能测出
Introduction Plating technology is an important part of surface technology.
