研究了 Q2 35钢的离子氮碳共渗 -低温盐浴渗铬工艺。试验表明 ,Q2 35钢经离子氮碳共渗 -低温盐浴渗铬复合处理后 ,表层可获得氮碳铬化合物和氮碳化合物的复合渗层。该复合渗层具有较高的硬度 ,并且明显提高 Q2 3 5钢的耐蚀性
The ion nitrocarburizing - low temperature salt bath chromizing process of Q235 steel was studied. Experiments show that Q235 steel by ion nitrocarburizing - low temperature salt bath chromizing composite treatment, the surface can be obtained nitrogen and chromium compounds and nitrocarburised composite layer. The composite layer has a higher hardness, and significantly improve Q235 steel corrosion resistance
