在深入实际进行调查的基础上,分析了广西生态环境建设与保护面临的严峻形势,阐明了林业在广西生态环境建设与保护中的重要地位和作用。对如何搞好广西的珠防林建设、生态林业补偿机制、完善以产权为核心的体制改革等问题进行了论述。
On the basis of thorough investigation, this paper analyzes the severe situation of ecological environment construction and protection in Guangxi and expounds the important role and status of forestry in the construction and protection of ecological environment in Guangxi. Discusses how to do a good job in the construction of Beidou forest in Guangxi, the compensation mechanism of ecological forestry and the improvement of the system reform with property rights as the core.
