1 概述 电力电容补偿的目的是降低电能的无功损耗。无功电能的损耗存在于两个方面:一是克服线路的损耗;二是用电设备的无功损耗。无功损耗增大,不仅直接消耗了电能,同时相对降低了发电设备及输电设备的能力,增大了电费开支,这种结果是供电部门和用户都不希望的。为了限制无功电流,改善功率因数,提高用电能力,电业部门对容量在100kVA以上的用户分别实行0.80、0.85和0.90为基准的力率调整电费,高奖低罚。这对电力用户特别对煤矿大用
