目的评估C型臂血管成像系统可能产生的职业病危害因素,并对C型臂血管成像系统机房的屏蔽防护设计方案进行安全评估,从而预防、控制该建设项目可能产生的潜在职业病危害,保护工作人员及公众的健康安全。方法采用类比法进行综合评价。结果该拟建C型臂血管成像系统机房的选址与总体布局、放射防护设计及设备使用过程中产生的职业危害,经与类比单位该项目的实际检测结果相比较符合放射防护有关规定。结论该拟建项目在使用过程中产生的职业病危害是可以预防的,在严格执行放射卫生防护相关标准以及建议后,该C型臂血管成像介入治疗系统机房建设项目是可行的。
Objective To evaluate the possible occupational hazards of C-arm angiography system and to evaluate the shielding design of C-arm vascular imaging system in order to prevent and control the potential occupational hazards of this project and to protect the staff And public health and safety. Methods Using analogy to conduct a comprehensive evaluation. Results The location and overall layout of the engine room of the proposed C-arm angiography system, the occupational hazards arising from the design of radiological protection and the use of equipment were compared with the actual test results of the project in the analogous units to meet the relevant requirements of radiation protection. Conclusion The occupational hazards caused by the proposed project can be prevented. After strict implementation of the relevant standards and recommendations for radiation protection, the C-arm interventional treatment system room construction project is feasible.
