本文对取自Morro da Mina矿床的两种磷矿石(一种是标准矿石,另一种是难选矿石)的特性进行了对比试验研究。用下列方法和技术研究了各组成矿物:显微探针、红外光谱、哈里蒙德(Hallimond)微量浮选管、Z电位测定以及钙离子溶解度的分析。结果表明:云母类矿物特征上的差别,以及它们的溶剂化产物对磷灰石表面性质的影响,是难选矿石指标差的主要原因。在小型闭路试验中,添加Na_2CO_3可提高难选矿石的P_2O_5回收率5.5%。
In this paper, comparative tests were carried out on the characteristics of two types of phosphate rock (one standard ore and one refractory ore) taken from the Morro da Mina deposit. The composition of minerals was investigated by the following methods and techniques: microprobe, infrared spectroscopy, Hallimond trace flotation tube, Zeta potential assay and analysis of calcium ion solubility. The results show that the differences in the characteristics of mica minerals and the effect of their solvates on the surface properties of apatite are the main reasons for the poor index of refractory ore. In the small closed-circuit test, the addition of Na_2CO_3 can increase the recovery of P_2O_5 in the refractory ore by 5.5%.
