目的:总结分析创建骨科疼痛管理示范病区的措施,为临床管理提供参考。方法:解放军第98医院2014年1月开始创建骨科疼痛管理示范病区,内容包括成立疼痛管理小组,组织医务人员进行学习培训,分析疼痛管理的现状并进行改进,加强对患者的健康宣教,规范骨科病区的疼痛评估流程,加强疼痛管理的质量监控等,比较创建疼痛管理示范病区前后患者的相关知识掌握程度及护理满意度。结果:创建前患者的疼痛管理知识掌握率为64.1%,创建疼痛管理示范病区后,患者的疼痛管理知识掌握率上升为96.7%(P<0.05);创建前患者的护理满意度为92.6%,实施后上升为98.9%(P<0.05)。结论:创建骨科疼痛管理示范病区,能够有效提高患者的疼痛管理知识掌握程度,整体改善患者的治疗体验,减少疼痛对患者的影响,从而提高了患者的护理满意度。 OBJECTIVE: To summarize and analyze the measures for creating demonstration ward of orthopedic pain management and provide reference for clinical management. Methods: The People’s Liberation Army No. 98 Hospital started to create orthopedic pain management demonstration ward in January 2014, which includes setting up a pain management team, organizing medical staff to carry out learning and training, analyzing and improving the status of pain management, and strengthening the health education of patients, Orthopedic ward pain assessment process, to strengthen the quality control of pain management, etc., to create a pain management model ward before and after the relevant knowledge and degree of patient satisfaction and nursing satisfaction. Results: The pre-establishment pain management knowledge was 64.1%. After the establishment of the pain management demonstration ward, the rate of pain management increased to 96.7% (P <0.05). The pre-creation care satisfaction rate was 92.6% , Up to 98.9% after implementation (P <0.05). Conclusion: The establishment of orthopedic pain management demonstration ward, can effectively improve the patient’s grasp of pain management knowledge, improve the patient’s overall treatment experience and reduce the impact of pain on patients, thereby improving patient satisfaction with nursing.
