为了研究确定AASHTO 2002力学经验设计方法 (Mechanistic Empirical Pavement Design Guide,MEPDG)车辙预估模型的地方修正系数,依托沪宁高速公路扩建工程柔性基层沥青路面路段进行车辙预测和预测模型修正。对交通轴载谱、气候输入参数进行了实际统计分析,对沥青混合料的动态回弹模量进行实测,均按照水平1输入,其他道路结构参数采用水平2或水平3输入,并进行了车辙预测。对沪宁高速公路无锡段2007年~2013年的车辙检测数据进行统计分析。利用沪宁方向柔性基层路面实测车辙,采用规划求解方法对MEPDG车辙预估模型进行了修正,得到了地区修正系数和修正后的车辙预估模型,并采用宁沪方向有效实测车辙数据对修正后的预估模型进行了验证。结果表明得到的预测数据与实测数据之间的拟合性较高。
In order to study and determine the local correction coefficient of the rutting prediction model of Mechanistic Empirical Pavement Design Guide (MEPDG) in AASHTO 2002, the rutting prediction and prediction model revision were carried out based on the asphalt pavement section of flexible grassroots project of Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway expansion project. Based on the actual statistical analysis of traffic load spectrum and climate input parameters, the dynamic springback modulus of asphalt mixture was measured, all of them were input according to level 1, and other road structure parameters were input by level 2 or level 3, and rutting prediction. The rut test data of Wuxi section of Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway from 2007 to 2013 were statistically analyzed. Based on the measured rutting of Shanghai-Nanjing flexible base pavement, the MEPDG rut prediction model was corrected by the method of planning and the regional correction coefficient and the modified rut forecast model were obtained. The rutting data of Ningxiahu The estimated model was verified. The results show that the obtained predictive data and the measured data fit better.
