目的:探讨黄竹清脑口服液对急性脑出血大鼠血清中CRP及脑组织中GSH-PX、MDA的影响。方法:SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、尼莫地平组、黄竹清脑口服液大、中、小剂量组。造模成功后开始灌胃给药,日1次,连续7天。然后断头取脑组织及血,测定其中CRP、MDA及GSH-PX含量。结果:(1)ICH大鼠脑内血肿形成后,动物均有神经系统症状;(2)模型组与空白组相比,脑组织中GSH-PX明显降低,MDA明显升高,血清中CRP明显升高,提示造模成功;(3)黄竹清脑口服液大、中剂量组明显优于尼莫地平组和小剂量组。结论:在脑出血急性期,黄竹清脑口服液具有抗氧化、减轻细胞内水肿、抑制炎性反应作用,保护脑神经细胞。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Huangzhu Qingnao Oral Liquid on CRP in serum and GSH-PX and MDA in brain tissue of rats with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, nimodipine group, and Huangzhu Qingnao Oral Liquid medium, small dose group. After the model was successfully established, it was administered intragastrically once a day for 7 consecutive days. The brain tissue and blood were then decapitated to determine the contents of CRP, MDA and GSH-PX. RESULTS: (1) After cerebral hematoma formation in ICH rats, all animals had neurological symptoms. (2) Compared with blank group, GSH-PX in brain tissue was significantly decreased, MDA was significantly increased, and serum CRP was significantly increased. Increased, suggesting a successful model; (3) Huang Zhu Qingnao Oral Liquid large, medium dose group was significantly better than nimodipine group and low dose group. Conclusion: In the acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage, Huangzhu Qingnao Oral Liquid has anti-oxidation, reduces intracellular edema, inhibits inflammatory reaction, and protects brain cells.
