我们从时间毒理学的角度,研究氯氰菊酯的免疫毒性。经氯氰菊酯染毒后的小鼠,白细胞系统的昼夜节律遭到破坏,同时各免疫相关器官脏器系数的正常节律发生紊乱,尤以肝脏为甚;血清中白蛋白以及α、β和γ球蛋白含量呈非周期性波动,溶血素和特异性抗绵羊红细胞抗体(IgC)的含量节律消失;外周血T淋巴细胞酸性α-醋酸萘酯酶(α-ANAT)的昼夜节律亦被改变。这些结果表明,氯氰菊酯对免疫系统的毒作用不可忽视,而生理节律的异常改变或者消失,可以作为毒性损害的监测指标。
We study the immunotoxicity of cypermethrin from a time toxicological perspective. After exposure to cypermethrin, the circadian rhythms of the leukocyte system were disrupted, and the normal rhythm of the organ-related coefficients of various immune-related organs was disturbed, especially in the liver. Serum albumin and alpha, beta and gamma globulin The content of hemolysin and specific anti-sheep erythrocyte antibody (IgC) disappeared. The circadian rhythm of α-ANAT (α-ANAT) in peripheral blood T lymphocytes was also changed. These results indicate that the toxic effects of cypermethrin on the immune system can not be ignored, and abnormal changes or disappearance of circadian rhythms can be used as indicators of toxicity damage.
