针对高压旋喷施工中超高压流体的喷射力在地层中累积后对周围环境产生不良影响的问题,提出由三重管高压喷射技术发展而来的卸压式水平旋喷软土地基加固技术。本技术的基本原理为在土体中的三重管周围形成一个与外部压力传感器相连的流体通道,由与此压力传感器相连的PLC控制系统监测土体内部的压力。当监控的土体内部压力超过预定的临界压力时,开启孔口密封装置上的开关,对积累在地层中的高压进行及时卸压,并排除多余的废泥浆。使旋喷过程中周围地层的应力状态大致维持在初始的地应力状态。现场试验结果证明,这项新技术可以有效地减小超高压流体的喷射力对周围环境的影响。
In view of the problem that the jetting force of the extra-high pressure fluid in the high-pressure rotary jet grouting accumulates in the formation and adversely affects the surrounding environment, the paper puts forward the strengthening technology of the pressure-swing horizontal soft soil foundation developed from the triple-tube high pressure jetting technology. The basic principle of the technology is to form a fluid channel connected with an external pressure sensor around the triple tube in the soil, and the pressure inside the soil is monitored by a PLC control system connected with the pressure sensor. When the monitored soil internal pressure exceeds a predetermined threshold pressure, open the orifice seal on the switch, the pressure accumulated in the formation of high-pressure relief in time, and remove excess waste mud. So that the spin-spray process of the surrounding strata of the stress state is generally maintained at the initial state of stress. Field test results show that this new technology can effectively reduce the injection of ultra-high pressure fluid on the surrounding environment.
