磷脂酰丝氨酸/茯苓组合对快速老化模型小鼠学习记忆能力的作用及其机制

目的探讨磷脂酰丝氨酸/茯苓组合对快速老化模型小鼠学习记忆的影响和其作用机制。方法选用50只8周龄雄性C-57小鼠随机分为空白组、生理盐水组、磷脂酰丝氨酸组、茯苓组和磷脂酰丝氨酸/茯苓组合组等5组,每组10只,灌胃给药2周,首先通过Morris水迷宫实验检测各组小鼠空间学习记忆能力,其次检测小鼠的原位LTP,最后取脑组织进行HE染色和基因枪Di I染色。结果与空白组相比,磷脂酰丝氨酸组、茯苓组和磷脂酰丝氨酸/茯苓组合组的学习记忆能力均有所提高,LTP增幅提高,海马CA1区神经元数目增多,神经元树突棘的密度增加,其中磷脂酰丝氨酸/茯苓组合组效果最为明显。结论磷脂酰丝氨酸/茯苓组合能提高快速老化模型小鼠学习记忆能力,其机制可能与保护神经元有关。 Objective To investigate the effect of phosphatidylserine / Poria cocos L. on learning and memory in a mouse model of rapid aging and its mechanism. Methods Fifty male C-57 mice of 8 weeks old were randomly divided into 5 groups: blank group, normal saline group, phosphatidylserine group, Poria group and phosphatidylserine / Poria group, with 10 in each group. For 2 weeks, Morris water maze test was used to detect the spatial learning and memory abilities of mice in each group, followed by detection of in situ LTP in mice and finally brain tissue for HE staining and DiI staining. Results Compared with the blank group, the learning and memory abilities of the phosphatidylserine group, the Poria group and the phosphatidylserine / Poria group were improved, the increase of LTP was increased, the number of neurons in hippocampal CA1 region was increased, the density of dendritic spines of neurons Increase, of which phosphatidylserine / Poria combination effect the most obvious. Conclusion Phosphatidylserine / Poria cocos combination can improve the learning and memory abilities of the mouse model of accelerated aging, and its mechanism may be related to the protection of neurons.
