系统生物学方法分析空肠弯曲杆菌对家禽宿主免疫反应的影响

空肠弯曲杆菌是家禽的共生菌,对禽产品污染严重,对食品安全造成严重威胁,同时也给人类健康产生重要影响,其传播途径特殊,目前还无法通过管理措施和抗生素治疗的方法进行有效控制.本研究以美国科宝育种公司纯系肉鸡A系和B系为试验素材,经人工感染空肠弯曲杆菌后,分别通过SNP分析、CNV分析以及转录组分析等系统生物学方法研究宿主免疫反应对空肠弯曲杆菌的影响,为探索通过抗病遗传育种的方法改善家禽对该菌的抗感染积累理论基础.
