以6种叶菜为受体,采用室内生物测定法研究了苦瓜茎叶水浸提液对其化感作用。结果表明:苦瓜茎叶水浸提液对6种受体植物的种子萌发和幼苗生长均有一定的化感效应,且化感作用方式和强度在受体间及指标间存在明显差异;苦瓜茎叶水浸提液对受体植物幼苗生长的影响明显大于其对种子萌发的影响;化感作用综合效应的平均值大小顺序为奶白菜>芥蓝>苋菜>大白菜>空心菜>芹菜。
Using six kinds of leaf vegetables as receptor, the allelopathic effects of aqueous extract from stem and leaves of Momordica charantia were studied by indoor bioassay. The results showed that water extract of Momordica charantia had certain allelopathic effects on the seed germination and seedling growth of the six recipient plants, and the allelopathic effect pattern and intensity were significantly different between the receptors and the indexes; The effect of leaf water extract on seedling growth of recipient plants was significantly greater than that of seedling growth. The average value of the allelopathic effects was in the order of: Chinese cabbage> Chinese kale> amaranth> Chinese cabbage> spinach> celery.
