针对日照市北京路沥青路面现状,基于加铺沥青层进行改造的设计方法,为确保施工质量,首次应用橡胶沥青应力吸收层,取代原铺设土工材料防裂的做法,利用橡胶沥青高黏性及应力层对荷载吸收扩散的作用,可有效控制老路面反射裂缝、结合强度不良等问题的出现,并给出橡胶沥青配制、洒布、碾压等各环节详细的技术参数和明确的施工流程。
In view of the status quo of asphalt pavement of Beijing Road in Rizhao City, based on the design method of modified asphalt pavement, in order to ensure the construction quality, the rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer is applied for the first time, The effect of the stress layer on load absorption and diffusion can effectively control the appearance of the reflective cracks on the old pavement and the poor bonding strength. Detailed technical parameters and clear construction procedures for rubber asphalt preparation, sprinkling and rolling are also given.
