高等院校人事档案是教职工个人经历、学习与工作的记录,是每个人学识与智能、专业特长与工作成果、体质与思想品德表现的客观反映,是每个人本来面貌的真实写照。高等院校人事档案内容多样,有特定的形式和种类,递增性强,转递频繁,档案材料的形成有固定时间。人事档案管理工作不仅是现实的需要,更是关系着人才建设和高等院校发展的长远事业。
Personnel files of institutions of higher learning are the records of personal experiences, study and work of staff and workers. They are an objective reflection of each person’s knowledge and intelligence, professional expertise and achievements, physical fitness and ideological and moral character. They are the true portrayal of each person’s original appearance. Personnel files in colleges and universities are diverse in content, specific forms and types, highly progressive, frequently transmitted, and fixed-time archival material formation. Personnel files management is not only a realistic need, but also a long-term undertaking that relates to the building of qualified personnel and the development of higher education institutions.
