目的探讨肺部良性肿瘤的诊断与治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院1985-01~2003-05经手术治疗的肺部良性肿瘤113例,其中炎性假瘤38例,错构瘤12例,肺囊肿23例,肺腺瘤8例,神经内分泌瘤4例,硬化性血管瘤9例,结核瘤19例。本组均行手术治疗,其中单肺叶切除82例,两肺叶以上切除11例,一侧全肺切除4例,肺楔形切除16例。结果本组无手术死亡,随访1~17年,未见复发病例。结论对于肺部良性肿瘤的手术治疗应持积极的态度,近远期疗效好。 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of benign lung tumors. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 1985 to 2003-05, 113 cases of benign lung tumors surgically treated, including inflammatory pseudotumor in 38 cases, hamartoma in 12 cases, 23 cases of pulmonary cysts, 8 cases of pulmonary adenoma, nerve 4 cases of endocrine tumors, sclerosing hemangiomas in 9 cases, 19 cases of tuberculosis. This group were undergone surgical treatment, of which 82 cases of single-lobe resection, two lobes above the removal of 11 cases, one side of pneumonectomy in 4 cases, 16 cases of pulmonary wedge resection. Results This group no operative death, follow-up 1 to 17 years, no recurrence of cases. Conclusion The surgical treatment of benign lung tumors should hold a positive attitude, the long-term curative effect is good.
