目的:探讨六味地黄汤对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的临床疗效及血液指标的影响。方法:将80例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组患者口服二甲双胍和阿卡波糖进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用六味地黄汤治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、血糖水平和血液流变学变化情况。结果:经过治疗,观察组患者治疗总有效率为87.5%,显著高于对照组的77.5%,两组患者临床疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者2hPG、FPG、HbA1c水平显著低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后全血黏度、血浆比黏度、血细胞压积、红细胞电泳时间、红细胞沉降率等血液流变学指标均较治疗前显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患者各指标降低程度显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西药的基础上加用六味地黄汤治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病临床疗效显著,可有效降低患者血糖水平,改善微循环,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Liuweidihuang Decoction on clinical efficacy and blood parameters in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: Eighty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). Patients in the control group were treated with metformin and acarbose. The patients in the observation group were treated with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction on the basis of the control group, The clinical efficacy, blood glucose level and hemorheology of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 87.5%, which was significantly higher than that of control group (77.5%). There was significant difference between the two groups in clinical curative effect (P <0.05). The levels of 2hPG, FPG and HbA1c in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). After treatment, the indexes of hemorheology such as whole blood viscosity, plasma specific viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte electrophoresis time and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05), and the differences were statistically significant The reduction of each index in the group of patients was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The addition of Liuweidihuang decoction to the treatment of type Ⅱdiabetes based on conventional western medicine has significant clinical curative effect, which can effectively reduce the blood sugar level and improve the microcirculation of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
