联合切断鼻腔的部分筛前神经和蝶腭神经，５１例常年性变应性鼻炎患者的临床症状缓解。术后３０天时显效１００％，术后６个月～１年时显效８９．２％（４５／５１），有效为１０．８％（６／５１）。术后鼻分泌物中组胺含量、嗜酸细胞和嗜硷细胞数量也较术前显著减少。
The joint part of the nasal part of the anterior ethmoidal nerve and sphenopalatine nerve, 51 cases of perennial allergic rhinitis clinical symptoms. The effective rate was 100% at 30 days and 89.2% (45/51) at 6 months to 1 year after operation. The effective rate was 10.8% (6/51). Postoperative nasal secretions histamine content, eosinophils and basophils significantly reduced the number of preoperative.
